GGTH stands for Grown-up Guide to Tokio Hotel, obviously.
It also stands for Georg, Gustav, Tom and He'sreallyaboy!Bill, ahem.
It's only later that I found on www.urbandictionary.com the following :
- ggth. Means giggle giggle tee hee, similar to lol, but for men that are confident in their sexuality or people that giggle more than they laugh out loud.
